Coffee Recipes
We shall begin with the easiest and most delish coffee recipes. Time to make the best coffee ever!
1. White Chocolate Mocha
Well, if the mention of white chocolate makes you drool, this coffee is meant for you. All you'd need is:
- 3/4 cup full cream milk (or low-fat if you're conscious about it)
- White chocolate chips (as many as you'd love in your drink)
- 1/2 cup brewed coffee
- 1 teaspoon sugar (or not, if you don't like sugar in your coffee)
- 2 tablespoons whipped cream (to decorate the masterpiece of coffee)
- Dash of Cocoa Powder or Nutmeg (for the fancy garnishing)
Step 1: You're going to begin with adding the yummy white chocolate to the milk and heating it a lil bit to melt the chocolate chips. What you'll get is a slight thick consistency, smooth sauce (depending on the amount of chocolate chips you add, ideally; 2-3 tablespoon chocolate chips would do.)
Step 2: Brew your favorite coffee (however dark you like it) and pour in your favorite mug.
Step 3: Add the delicious chocolate chips sauce made in step 1 to the coffee. You could add some sugar too, if you like.
Step 4: The White Chocolate Mocha is ready but if you want to go a lil bit further, add the whipped cream on top and sprinkle some cocoa powder or nutmeg to give it the magical inviting look!

2. Yuanyang
Right out of Hong Kong, this drink will definitely stir your definition of coffee. It's got many names like yuenyeung, yinyeung, yinyong, or simply "coffee with tea". Yes, you read that right, coffee with tea! Seems odd, but tastes real good! So what do you need for it?
- 1 cup Bolivian drip coffee (brewed extra strong) but of course you could use your favorite coffee
- 2 cups water
- 4 tablespoons black tea leaves, preferably a bold Ceylon tea or the one in your kitchen shelves
- Condensed milk
- Ice cubes
Step 1: Make your coffee just how you like it.
Step 2: Now, you have to make the tea for the tea part of the coffee. So, take the tea leaves you have and boil them with water, and then simmer for 3-4 minutes.
Step 3: Take it off the heat, add condensed milk to it and stir.
Step 4: Bring it to a boil again and simmer for 3-4 minutes more. Strain the tea in a mug and leave aside to cool off.
Step 5: Take a large pitcher and mix the coffee with the tea in it (no matter how weird that sounds).
Step 6: Take two glasses and add lots of ice cubes in it.
Step 7: Pour over the magnificent Yuanyang you made in it. And enjoyyy!

3. Cold Brew Coffee
Let's try something cold. Not exactly iced coffee, the Cold Brew Coffee is amazing but needs to be pre-planned. Whatever do I mean by that? Let's see. All you need is:
- 1 cup coarsely ground coffee
- 4 cups filtered water
- Sugar (if you take sugar in your coffee)
Step 1: Get the coarsely grounded coffee beans from the market or grind the beans at home. You could ground it with our super cool Vintage Coffee Grinder to save you the trouble of finding a great find.
Step 2: In a pitcher, add the grounded coffee and slowly pour and stir the four cups of water.
Step 3: Now begins the wait...
Place the mixture in the refrigerator and let it brew from 12-24 hours (however strong you like it).
Step 4: Filter the grounded beans from the coffee. Use a filter or a sieve, whatever you have at end.
Step 5: Refrigerate and add sugar when serving.
Step 6: Serve chilled with lots of ice!
