We love the Personalized Caricature Wooden Portrait delivered. We like the quality of product & its finish, it looks far better than actual photo.
Its slightly priced high, but it has the value for money. After I placed the order online, one of staff from Big Small sent a copy of my modified photo to my whatsapp for confirmation & accommodated my request to change background colour.

Bigsmall have engaged FEDEX to deliver my parcel. Unfortunately, Fedex delivery guy refused to deliver to our door step, he requested one of us to go & collect from Fedex office .
I have reported the above issue to Bigsmall staff. Bigsmall staff will escalate this issue to Fedex company, to ensure they will deliver to door step for future deliveries. Rest is good.
